An experienced HR leader and coach, Norman has over 20 years of corporate experience spanning across public and private sectors. He has helmed numerous high-profile portfolios in organisations across different industries, such as luxury retail, hospitality, tourism, and healthcare. This diversity allows Norman to share his experiences and insights with audiences around the world, through his inspiring and practical deliveries in his keynotes, workshops and coaching.
Often known as a “HR who is non-HR”, Norman has brought a breath of freshness to the space of people development. Coming from an engineering background, Norman has successfully transited to the HR space and role modeled as a catalyst of change.
